What to Know Before Your First Visit
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment to help keep the schedule running smoothly and ensure I can give each patient—including you—my full attention. If you are unable to fill out your paperwork before your appointment, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
Filling out your paperwork before your appointment isn’t just a formality—it’s a huge help to both of us. It gives me time before you even walk through the door to review your information, think through your case, and help prepare a plan tailored just for you. It’s like getting bonus time with me behind the scenes, so we can make the most of your visit and focus fully on your care. Thanks for helping keep the day running smoothly—for you and everyone else I see!
Services
Initial Exam
The initial exam is a thorough, personalized evaluation of your spine, nervous system, and overall function, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the complexity of your case. It may include a health history review, neurological testing, orthopedic testing, posture and movement assessments, and other exams as needed to uncover the root cause of your concerns and determine the best plan for care.
Adjustment
An adjustment is a gentle, precise movement applied to the spine or joints to restore proper motion, relieve tension, and improve nervous system function—using hands-on techniques, drop table, or activator as appropriate for your body—and it typically takes just a few minutes to about 10 minutes, depending on your needs that day.
Therapies
I offer supportive therapies like low level laser therapy, gua sha, lymphatic drainage, and personalized home care to help your body heal faster, reduce inflammation, and restore full function naturally. These gentle, drug-free treatments work hand-in-hand with your adjustments to support lasting results.
Neuro Care
Neuro care focuses on supporting and retraining the brain and nervous system through targeted, non-invasive therapies designed to improve balance, coordination, focus, and overall function. It’s especially helpful for concerns like dizziness, migraines, post-concussion symptoms, brain fog, sensory issues, and nervous system fatigue—helping your brain and body communicate more clearly so you can heal and thrive.
Care Costs & Options
To keep things simple and focused on your care, I run my office solo—without a front desk—so I’ve designed a smooth, streamlined process just for you.

My pricing is simple, transparent, and easy to understand—no surprises, no hidden fees. If you ever need additional care during your visit, I’ll always explain it first so you know exactly what to expect. This way, you can feel confident and in control of your care every step of the way.

Cancellations & Reschedules
Because I run this clinic solo, last-minute changes can significantly disrupt the flow of the day and impact other patients who need care. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so online through the booking system—this is the fastest and most efficient way to manage your appointment. I do not charge for cancellations or reschedules at this time, but if late changes become a recurring pattern, we’ll need to reevaluate your ability to hold a spot on the schedule. Thank you for understanding and respecting the flow of a one-doctor practice—I truly appreciate it!
